Due to the nature and sensitivity of the work performed by chaplains, membership in the Chaplaincy Commission Christian Union, Inc. requires the candidate to submit, and submit a national criminal record. As part of the certification process for chaplaincy, CCUCI is proud to offer the commission members a special reduced rate for criminal background checks. Please include the $60.00 payment for your criminal record, along with the authorization form to verify your criminal history.
This report can be completed by any other national provider.
