The Christian Union Chaplaincy Commission, Inc. is the principal office of the chaplaincy ministry of the Union of Pentecostals Christian Churches of Jesus Christ, Inc. The office has been created for the supervision and administration of all union chaplains and Christian Chaplaincy ministries. CUCC meets the Endorsement requirements of Public Law for clergy to serve the government — City, State, or Federal — as well as healthcare institutions, correction facilities, law enforcement, and the workplace.

The functions of the Christian Union Chaplaincy Commission, Inc. is under the direction of the Board of Directors, which advises and are appointed every four years by the Executive Committee of the Christian Union.

The Director of the Chaplaincy Commission directs the ongoing operations of the Chaplaincy Commission and the supervision of Chaplains and Commission Coordinators
